Abstract
In the article the essence and significance of legal positions of the Supreme Court is researched. Features are formulated, and determination of this concept is made. Classification of legal positions of the Supreme Court is conducted. The points of view of the Supreme Court to sights of lower courts concerning the interpretation of rules of law to the established circumstances are directed. The conclusion that legal positions of the Supreme Court are an element of precedent making decisions becomes.
