ESTABLISHMENT BY A NOTARY OF PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE REAL ESTATEWITHIN THE PROCEEDING OF CERTIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENTS ON IMMOVABLE PROPERTY ALIENATION

Abstract
The article is focused on the analysis of procedural aspects of establishment by a notary of alienator`s ownership right to the real estate as well as rights of third parties to the same property within the notary proceeding of certification of the agreements on immovable property alienation. According to the results of the study, conclusions and suggestions aimed at improving of legislation on notary proceeding were made.
