“SOFT LAW ” IN REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract
The scientific article analyzes the main prerequisites for increasing the role and importance of “soft law” in the regulation of international economic relations. His connection with the main manifestations of globalization and postmodernity in law is underlined. The peculiarities of soft law application in certain spheres of international economic cooperation and activities of international economic organizations are considered.
