NATURAL RESOURCE LEGISLATION IN UKRAINE (1960–1980)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of natural resource legislation in the Ukrainian SSR in the 1960–1980s. The revealed features and features of legal acts regulating the protection and rational use of land, water, mineral resources and other objects of nature. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of the right to use nature.
