GENERA L PRINCIPLES OF PUBLIC PROCUR EMENT IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article deals with general principles of public procurement. It is noted that a properly constructed procurement system leads to the adoption of reasonable commercial decisions and creates favorable conditions for suppliers to sell goods and services to the government. This system functions due to a number of principles that form its basis. These principles can be conditionally divided into several categories: anti-corruption, economic and organizational.
