LAND REFORM IN MODERN UKRA INE

Abstract
This article explores the formation and development of legal aspects of modern land law of Ukraine. The features of regulatory consolidation of its rules and implemented them in practice. Based on comparative analysis highlights the problems of implementation of agricultural land market in Ukraine assignment.
