THE INSTITUTE OF APPEAL IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article examines the features of the institute of appeal in administrative proceedings. The conclusions are made regarding the understanding of the place and task of this institution in the form of procedural justice on administrative cases in Ukraine. Making proposals for improving regulation of appellate review procedures in the Administrative Court Procedure Code, improving the protection of rights and legitimate interests of individuals at this stage of the administrative proceedings.
