REGARD ING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES AGAINST LIFE AND HEALTH BY THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRANE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the classification of crimes which are placed in Section II of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is identified two groups of violations, such as crimes against life (murder and incitement to suicide) and crimes against health. It is determined that under the Criminal Code crimes against the person’s health can be divided into five groups.
