Abstract
The article examines the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights concerning the violation of the right to respect for private and family life. The content of the «privacy» of the employee’s life according to European standards is specified. The ways of protecting workers’ labor rights are outlined.
