Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific analysis and study of the organizational and legal principles concerning the establishment and operation of the State Investigation Bureau. The problem questions and ways of their elimination are determined. The analysis of international experience in the creation of similar bodies and its implementation in the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine has been carried out.
