ANALYSIS OF DISPUTES CONSIDERATION BY ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS DURING LOCAL ELECTIONS

Abstract
The article is the research of challenging issues which arose in the context of consideration of electoral disputes by administrative courts during the recent local elections. The author examined judicial disputes typical for the electoral process as well as peculiar ones related to the enforcement of the Law of Ukraine On Local Elections. Issues of concern that took place during exercise of active and passive electoral rights by citizens also were revealed.
