STATE CIVIL SERVANT AS A SUBJECT OF CORRUPTION CRIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of public servants, as the subject of corruption offenses. For this purpose, a list of corruption offenses is given. The conclusion was made by the number of indictments not examined by the courts and a statistical analysis was conducted of those convicted of crimes of corruption over the past four years.
