PERSONAL EXPRESSION FROM UKRAINE OF FOREIGNERS AND UNIVERSAL MEMBERS AS A WEST OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPROACH

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the norms of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons" regarding the forced removal of foreigners and stateless persons from Ukraine. The author emphasizes the differences between forced deportation and the forced return of foreigners and stateless persons. The article proposes amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons", which, in the opinion of the author, will improve the legal regulation of forced removal from Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons.
