ABOUT THE TIME OF OCCURRENCE AND THE END OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article raises the question of initial and final point of criminal responsibility which is discussion in science of criminal law. Based on analysis of this issue in theory of criminal law and criminal legislation, it was concluded about the beginning of criminal liability and criminal legal relations, and about the time of their graduation.
