PROCEDURE FOR THE CUSTOMS OFFENSE PROCEEDING AS A KIND OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

Abstract
This paper draws out scientific theories and approaches to categories “legal process”, “administrative process”, “administrative proceeding” leading up to ascertainment the procedure for the customs offense proceeding’s nature. This research heightened the narrower and wider meaning of administrative process and analyze it’s structure. Author formulates the concept of the procedure for the customs offense proceeding and it’s characteristic features, which make it stand out from the rest types of administrative proceedings.
