CONFLICT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract
In the article studied the nature of conflict management organization in local government. It outlines the main reasons and grounds for conflict. Ukrainian legislation was analyzed and identified some of the provisions, that affect the appearance of conflict. Defined forms of conflict management in local government.
