Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific sources from the criminal process and forensics, criminal and criminal procedural legislation, as well as the practice of its application, the problem aspects of determining the circumstances to be establish in criminal proceedings on the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine are research in the article. The scientifically substantiated recommendations for improving the effectiveness of clarifying these circumstances during the investigation of criminal offenses under art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
