LEGAL REGULATION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF AGRICULTURAL CLUSTERS

Abstract
Article focuses on issue of laying down provisions of establishment of agricultural clusters under Ukrainian legislation. Basing on analysis absence of special legal regulation of abovementioned issue, as well as cursory study among legal scientists are stated. When writing article author defines optimal legal forms, suggests establishment of agrarian cluster under stages designed by her.
