ESSENCE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE JUDICIARY INTERACTIONS WITH THE PUBLIC

Abstract
The article is devoted to clarify the nature and significance of the judiciary interactions with the public. In the study analyzed the legislation on this issue, define the tasks and directions of such interaction. The conclusion is made about the need to establish an effective system of interaction with the public courts as a condition for overcoming the crisis of public confidence in the judiciary.
