SINGLE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN THE AREA OF ECONOMIC SECURITY: CAUSES OF CREATION AND ADVANTAGES OF ACTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of basic law enforcement in the area of economic security, their main tasks and functions. The problem of system of law enforcement agencies are revealed in this area and possible ways of their overcoming are suggested. The advantages of creation a single specialized law enforcement agency are indicated in the area of economic security of Ukraine.
