CHARACTERIZING AND ESPECIALLY CHARACTERIZING SIGNS OR COMPOSITION OF ROBBERY AFTER CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE: PROBLEM QUESTIONS

Abstract
This article reviews the main qualifying and particularly qualifying signs of robbery. The goal is simple delimitation of a crime against property, which is seen in the article presented by qualified and skilled determining species compositions socially dangerous act more. Search results is reflected in defining and qualifying is especially aggravating circumstances robbery; the definition of «repetition robbery»; presenting variations of the definition of «premises»; also in improving the concept of «organized group». We identified areas of improvement of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine are promising and need speedy implementation of the legislation.
