Abstract
In the article analyzed the essence of the research methods of legal regulation of labor rights and mechanisms for their implementation. Defined the concept of the methodology of scientific research. Given the characteristic positions of scientists on the importance of methodology in labor law. Explored the list of methods for the study of legal regulation of workers labor rights and mechanism of their implementation. The author reveal the content of each of them and give them the theoretical and legal characteristics.
