SOME PROBLEM ASPECTS OF DETERMINATION OF CONCEPT OF LEGAL TECHNIQUE

Abstract
In article some theoretical problems of the analysis of the contents of legal techniques are considered, narrow and broad approaches to definition of a phenomenon of legal techniques in the right theory are investigated. Еxisting scientific views on the definition of this concept in the process of its formation and at the present stage of development of legal science are analyzed.
