PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF SAFETY AND QUALITY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Abstract
The article provides a review and analysis of Ukrainian legislation in the field of ensuring security and quality of agricultural products. Certain disadvantages in Ukrainian legislation with regard to the relevant field have been highlighted and ways to rectify them, with due consideration of the achievements of the EU countries, have been pointed out. Major advantages of HACCP system implementation in Ukraine have been detected.
