THE RIGHTS OF SEXUAL MINORITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF PRINCIPLE THE PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION

Abstract
The article investigates the rights of sexual minorities in aspect of the principle of the ban of discrimination in international law. Legal status of sexual minorities in Ukraine is analysed. Gaps are covered in the Ukrainian legislation and the main directions of protection of the rights LGBT in our state are defined.
