RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE OCCUPIER DUR ING MILITARY OCCUPATION (MID-20th CENTURY )

Abstract
The article consideres the requirements of international law for rights and obligations of the occupierduring military occupation in the mid-20th century. It’s defined the characteristics of the requirements concerning the civilian population, prisoners of war, possession and use public and private property, indemnity, reprisals. It is mentioned in article the obligation of occupation authorities to take measures to establish public and economic life, prohibition on integration of occupied territory into state-occupier.
