INFORMATION SECURITY AS A WAY TO ENSURE THE HUMAN RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of problems of organization of reliable legal protection of information, which is the subject of relevant public relations. It is established that, taking into account the existence of various risks, the approach to information security should be of a complex nature. It should combine legal protection measures and elements of technical and organizational impact, depending on the nature of the risks and encroachments.
