THE PROSECUTOR’S TASK IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

Abstract
The article analyzes the main stages of formation of the prosecutor as a subject of the administrative process in the context of reforming of the prosecutor’s offices of Ukraine and the introduction of the administrative process as a separate branch of law. The main tasks of the prosecutor in the administrative process in the present time are determined. The problems of non-conformity of the current Law of Ukraine “On Prosecutor’s Office” of the Constitution of Ukraine are outlined.
