CONCEPT AND FORMS OF SYSTEMATIZATION OF AGRARIAN LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, the basic scientific approaches to the concept and forms of systematization of normative legal acts are analyzed. The author has formulated the concept and identified the forms of systematization of agrarian legislation of Ukraine. The conclusion about the importance of future codification of agrarian legislation as the main form of its systematization is substantiated.
