FEATURES OF ADVANCEMENT OF VERSIONS WHEN DETECTING SIGNS OF COUNTERACTION TO THE INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article summarized and analyzed the concept of "version", defines their role in the investigation process. The problems of versioning in conditions of overcoming the counteraction to the investigation are indicated. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of the nomination of versions in the investigation of murders concealed by the dramatization.
