MORAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF SERVICEMEN’S BEHAVIOR DURING THE SPECIAL PERIOD IN THE IMPEDING CONDITIONS OF LEGAL ACTIVITY OF ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In article the philosophical and legal features analysis of moral and legal regulation of servicemen’s behavior during the special period in the impeding conditions of legal activity of Armed forces of Ukraine is offered. The special attention is concentrated on consideration of main factors which act as social determinant of moral and legal regulation and condition of features of its organization during the special period. The conclusion is drawn that the accounting these features at application of moral and legal rules considerably will raise efficiency of management of servicemen’s behavior.
