ADVERTISING AGR EEMENT AS A SPECIAL PUR POSE OF SERVICES LIABILITY

Abstract
The article investigates the legal features of the contract on the placement of advertising and the lease agreement, provides an overview of the court practice of dispute resolution in order to determine the criteria for delimitation of these agreements, the conclusion on assigning an agreement on placing advertising to the service contract is substantiated.
