COLLECTIVE SUBJECTS OF THE MUNICIPAL LAW

Abstract
The paper takes into consideration legal ideas of collective subjects of municipal law in connection with forms and levels of space conception. The questions of classification of collective subjects are examined in a constitutionally-legal doctrine. The collective subjects of municipal law is a territorial public community, discource and value self-organization of inhabitants as social subject that has a formal logical sings continuum and a collective rights of local self-governance. Author uses the term terrytorial community as the term people would used in a municipal context – meaning a self-aware and organized group of human beings.
