THE POWER OF ATTORNEY AS A DOCUMENT CERTIFYING POWERS OF LAWYER

Abstract
In this paper, author an analysis the legal nature of the power of lawyer as a document certifying the powers of lawyer. It is concluded that the lack of Ukrainian legislation on the use of legal assistance treaty making power of lawyer the main document that certifies the status of the lawyer in the exercise of its non-procedural forms of activity. It is stated that this agreement is always the basis for issuing a power of lawyer, which in turn is the basis of the implementation of its powers in its relations with others.
