INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF THE SUPPRESSION OF UNLAWFUL ACTS AGAINST THE SAFETY OF MARITIME NAVIGATION

Abstract
The article deals with such illegal acts against the safety of maritime navigation as piracy and maritime terrorism. The main international legal acts regulating the fight against illegal acts against the safety of maritime navigation are analyzed. The problems in the sphere of maritime safety at the international level are identified. The ways of improving the international legal regulation of the fight against illegal acts against the safety of maritime navigation are proposed.
