HISTORICAL AND LEGAL SOURCES OF REGULATORY OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ABORTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the origins of historical and legal responsibility for the regulation of abortion. Regulatory review of certain historical sources on accountability for abortion in chronological order from Kievan Rus to the period of the collapse of the Soviet Union has done. It was established that the main features of the historical development of rules on liability for abortion is its transition from the sphere of spiritual and moral conviction into criminal jurisdiction, as well as cyclic amplification-easing measure of responsibility for the crime of abortion and constant, regardless of the historical period of regulatory consolidation .
