Abstract
This article examines the relevance of the question of theoretical approaches to the classification of information systems management, institution, organization, regardless of ownership in the context of their functions and other characteristics of classification. Analyzed approaches to classification of information systems management. The characteristic of different types of information systems. With attention is focused on the importance of information in modern human life. The approach to understanding the effective use of information management process based on assessment algorithms process data in information systems.
