CAUSAL COMPLEX OF CORRUPTION

Abstract
The article deals with the social, economic and legal nature of corruption, the complex of social, economic and legal causes and conditions of corruption, the content of major corruption processes, regularities in development of these processes. The current state of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine by establishing some problems in the process of overcoming this negative phenomenon in the country is analysed and the basic perspective directions of fight corruption and minimize its manifestations in Ukrainian realities are determined.
