TYPES OF TERMS IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS: QUESTIONS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of types of terms in administrative proceedings and to highlight certain issues of their application. On the basis of the analysis of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, other laws, the author developed a classification of terms in administrative legal proceedings. Characterized by the features of different types of terms in administrative legal proceedings, certain issues of practice of their application are researched.
