CRIMINAL LAW AND MATHEMATICS: TRADITIONS AND INNOVATIONS

Abstract
The article is a continuation of the discussion on the relationship between criminal law and mathematics. It is devoted to traditions and innovations and their significance for the development of criminal law. The expediency of using the known laws of mathematics (“golden mean”, “golden proportion”, equilibrium) in criminal-law studies and law-making activity is substantiated.
