PROBLEMS OF QUALIFICATION OF FAMILY PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE IN MODERN NATIONAL LEGISTATION

Abstract
In the article the author considers the essence and features of family psychological violence and problems of its qualification as an unlawful phenomenon in modern Ukrainian families. In the article the author analyzes the legal essence of this concept and draws the parallel with its explanation in the previous specialized legislation. The author researches the national legislation in the context of its possible qualification as an unlawful act and proves the facts of the family psychological violence in modern conditions.
