ON THE ISSUE OF DECRIMINALIZATION OF CRIMES IN THE FIELD OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal problems of decriminalization of crimes in the sphere of economic activity. The article examines the positive and negative aspects of the process of decriminalization of these crimes. The author makes an attempt to determine the tactics of the process of decriminalization for the future, taking into account the socio-economic characteristics of the national consciousness and also in the context of European integration.
