Justice gets its ontological significance only in terms of justice.As ontological imperative, it serves as: critical; constructive; discursive. The validity of the judgment means that the process of decision contains elements of subjective responsibility,he objective of deepening legal situationand is based on a detailed analysis of the case, taking into account the basic principles of a fair trial.
