ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS OF TAX ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE: CONCEPTS, TYPES, PECULIARITIES OF REALIZATION

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the study of the theory of law and the analysis of the current legislation, the concept of organizational forms of tax activity in Ukraine is defined. The types of organizational forms of tax activity in Ukraine are found out. Specifics of realization of separate organizational forms of tax activity in Ukraine are specified.
