MOTIVATION AND VALIDITY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AS A COMPONENT OF LEGAL CERTAINTY

Abstract
The work is devoted to topical problems of reasonableness and motivation of law enforcement decisions – legal acts defining legal application. The doctrinal approaches in studying the content of the concepts "validity" and "motivation" are investigated. The essence of the relationship of these legal principles is established. Their influence on the legality of the administrative act is investigated. Proposals are presented for the legislative consolidation of such influence on the legality of law enforcement activities.
