CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPULSION TO MEET OR NEGLECT CIVIL OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article attempts to review the problematic issues of coercion to fulfillment or nonfulfillment of civil obligations and criminological characteristics of this coercion. The author gives a brief description of the criminalistical characteristics of crimes that according to art. 355 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine encompass such elements as modus operandi, crime situation, criminal identity, victim’s identity.
