APPLICATION OF CRIMINALISTIC TECHNIQUES FOR ESTABLISHING CIRCUMSTANCES OF PREVENTIVE VALUE

Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific works devoted to the problems of criminalistic support of activity on the prevention of crimes. Based on the study of the achievements of criminalistic science, the author justifies the expediency of using the means of criminalistic technology for establishing circumstances that are of preventive value. Based on the results of the study, proposals are made to increase the effectiveness of the use of technical and forensic tools and methods in establishing circumstances of preventive value.
