THE DETENTION BY THE AU THORIZED OFF ICIAL PERSON WITHOUT TRIER`S DECISION: THE PROCESSUA L ASPECTS

Abstract
In the article the author analyzes the valid procedural criminal law concerning the regulation, considerations, aims and the adjective order of detention of persons by the authorized official person without trier`s decision. Peculiarities of detention of Ukrainian people’s deputies, persons who have diplomatic privilege, judges, consular officials and underaged are examined. Also the article reviews the problem of the detention before enlisting information in Unitary list of prejudicial inquiry.
