COMBATING ABUSE OF THE INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS IN THE RECEIVING SOCIAL BENEFITS

Abstract
The article analyzes some provisions of the existing normative acts regulating mechanism welfare of internally displaced persons. The attention is focused on the specifics of abuses during its implementation, especially when receiving social assistance. On the basis of which proposed a number of amendments to the laws and normative acts regulating the procedure of social benefits IDPs.
