DISCLAIMER OF THE CONCEPT "NON-CANCER CRIME" FROM OTHER CONSTITUENTS

Abstract
The correlation issues of the notion “preliminary crime” with the related notions, like “degree in the commission of crime” and “previous criminal activities” has been examined. It has been proposed to solve the problem of separability of “an attack setup” and “an attempt” as the certain stages of the criminal activity from “an attack setup” and “an attempt” as the types of a preliminary crime.
